Clear Scraps Project Post

Hi there everyone!  Laura here with you today with a LO that would be great for St. Patty's Day, or for any occasion that makes you feel "lucky".

This LO starts with the Clear Scraps Mini Shaker Shamrock.  The paper for the background of the shamr
ock was a plain print, so I used the Clear Scraps 5×9 GEO Burst Stencil.

Using a sponge applicator, I swirled a couple of green ink colors together to create this fun background pattern.  Before I was done, I added a border using this same stencil to continue this pattern in the LO.  It adds a nice extra touch to the plain background.

To complete the shaker, I glued down the background, then added the frame layers to create the shaker (the top frame was painted with black acrylic paint). Before gluing the acrylic layer some of the Clear Scraps Glamour Sequins add a sparkly element.
