Hello friends! Its Jennifer here on the blog! Today I'm sharing a spring themed mini album I created using the Tag Mixable Album! I filled my album with photos of a recent trip to Arizona where my husband and I did some hiking! The desert was definitely beginning to bloom and we captured a few pictures!
There are five cascading pages of alternating acrylic and chipboard with different designs for each. I left my acrylic bare but you can paint or add alcohol inks to color your pages.
For my chipboard pages, I used white acrylic paint to cover the bottom third of each page (front and back). Here, I typed some journaling on a card and added embellishments.
For my photo size, I used 4×4 – 4×5 inches matted on to white cardstock.
I covered my pages with patterned paper using my Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive. I trimmed away excess paper with scissors and followed up with an x-acto knife and sanding tool.
On this page, I used one of the Feathers Chipboard Embellishment Shapes to accent. I first painted my chipboard white. Once dry, I blended a blue and yellow Distress Oxide Ink onto the feather.
Here is a close up of the Feather Chipboard Embellishment on my page; I affixed it using my Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive.
Here are some close ups of the rest of my book!
