Hello and happy Monday! It's Jennifer back on the blog to share another fun mini album with you! It is finally May and that means time to travel! Using the Scallop Acrylic Album, I documented a recent trip to DC with my husband! I set my pages vertical which is a a nice perk about Clear Scraps albums!
Here is a close up of my front cover! I decided to leave my acrylic bare but you can color it using paint or alcohol inks!
For the inside of my front cover, I added a small spot for journaling as well as added some embellishments! Each page is around 3 1/2 inches and cascades into a larger size as you go.
I used wallet sized photos for my book as they fit best! Each is matted onto white cardstock before adhering with my Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive.
For this page, I created a sort of waterfall with two photos using white cardstock. I stapled a tab at the bottom so the picture could be "flipped up".
I added a journaling spot on the underside of my top photo and added some small embellishments.
Here, I created a pocket with photo tags from a trolley tour I took by myself. I adhered vertical wallet sized photos onto pre-cut tags before inserting them into the pocket. I then added some journaling and a date stamp on the outside of the pocket.
The city was decorated for the Cherry Blossom Festival and I caught a photo of this cute sign!
Thank you for stopping by the blog today! You can find all of the acrylic albums by clicking HERE! Have a great day!
