Merry Christmas crafters! Do you participate in gift exchanges such as “make it, bake it, sew it or grow it”? These are perfect for gift exchanges and are fun to work with as standalone signs or as wreath attachments. Today I am working with the 4-piece dog set to be wreath attachments.
first, I made a rag wreath as the base for the wreath attachments, and these can be interchangeable. I do not have a lot of storage, so I try to make things interchangeable to save space. Clear Scraps products are so easy to create fun and whimsical decorations.
first up is the 2-piece paw. I started by putting some fiber fill in each of the toe pad areas, covered with fabric. I painted the top piece gray to match the wreath base and then using hot glue attached to the paw base. Because of the space on the edge, using ribbon hot glued to cover the edge. 
Next up is the bone, I simply painted it and then using various dies and die cuts create a fun scene. On each of these I hot glued pipe cleaners to the back for attachment to the wreath.
Last, but certainly not least is the heart. I again painted the base a pink color and then dry brushed a darker pink around the edges. Using a variety of dies and die cuts created a scene and then added some flowers.
This sweet pink heart is perfect for Valentines Day!
