Hello and Happy Holidays! My daughter is moving into her own place and needed some ornaments for her tree. Her color theme is pink, gray and silver so I grabbed the Bell shaker and the Stocking shaker and some Christmas paper, and finally some fun bling to fill them up with.
First thing is to trace the base of the shaker onto the paper you would like to use. Then cut, glue and trim using an exacto knife. I like the clean edge the knife gives.

Next layer 2 of the chipboard pieces and glue them together. After they are layered, add the shaker elements you prefer. I used a mixture of little pink beads, sequins, glitter and other sparkly elements.

for the top chipboard piece I grabbed some pink chalk paint and painted the bell and stocking piece. Once dry I added “crystal” stickles to give it some sparkle. I felt the plain pink was too bland, so I added the stickles.

While those were drying I took the film off both sides of the acrylic pieces and glued them down to the shaker.
Finally glue the top layer to the shaker. I grabbed some ribbon and attached it to the back of the shaker and tied a gray shear ribbon to the bottom portion of the pink ribbon. I found some pretty pink roses and glued them to the front of the shaker.
I love the colors and so did she. They look so pretty on her tree. I hope you have a safe and happy holiday and thanks for looking!
