Hello there everyone! Laura here today sharing more Clear Scraps goodness in the form of one of the brand NEW Shaker Tags!
How great is this Grad Tag! This is the thing I love the most about Clear Scraps–always something fun and new! This great Shaker Tag is such a great addition to a grad's gift! It also could be used instead of a card–you could easily write a note or advice to the grad on the back of the tag! It's also customizable of course. You can paint, ink, stamp, stencil or do whatever your creativity leads you to! With the blank chipboard piece, you can match the colors of the graduate's school! You can also add stickers and embellishments that match that as well! This one matches my alma mater the University of Iowa–Go Hawks!
The shaker being completely clear is such a cool feature! You can see the filler you use front and back–so if you are using as a gift tag, you can cover or decorate the back too. I just had this as solid black. A nice base for adding a note using a white or silver sharpie.
A nice feature is the fact that the hole is pre-punched at the top of the tag, ready to add ribbon, twine, or any type of string to attach it to a gift bag. Or you can just do a bow as I did here so you can attach it to a scrapbook page as well. I really love this detail tho–no trying to line up a hole punch to center it perfectly! Super easy!
