Greetings, creative souls! It’s Jennifer here, bringing you a delightful fall mini album paired with a charming mason jar shaker. I absolutely adore the versatility of these shakers—they truly elevate the dimension of the album's cover, adding a playful touch that’s hard to resist! Let’s dive into the autumn magic!
I began my crafting adventure with the shaker, painting the cutout jar pieces with a rich coat of brown unicorn spit. While that dried, I picked out the perfect paper for the inside of the shaker. After tracing, gluing, cutting, and meticulously cleaning the edges with my X-Acto knife, I stacked two of the cutouts and secured them to the base of the shaker.
Then came the fun part! I gathered an assortment of beads, glitter, and sequins, ready to create a delightful surprise within. I peeled away the protective plastic from both sides of the acrylic piece, gluing it atop the outlined cutouts. Finally, I secured the last piece to complete the shaker's enchanting look. What a joyful process!
For the album, I started by selecting the perfect base page for each side. With care, I traced, glued, and cleaned the edges of every page, ensuring a polished finish. To add a touch of warmth, I inked all the edges with rich brown StazOn ink, giving the album a cozy autumn feel.
Next, I crafted delightful pockets filled with tags, photo mats, and journaling cards throughout the album, providing plenty of opportunities to capture those cherished moments. Each page bursts with personality, adorned with an array of die cuts and embellishments from the beautiful paper collection, making this album a true celebration of fall memories!
For the page below, I started with a 4×4 piece of printed paper and carefully tore it down the middle, giving it a beautifully textured edge. I inked the edges for added character and secured the side and bottom of the lower piece to form a lovely pocket. To complete the look, I gathered an array of tags and photo mats, ready to be tucked inside this charming creation.
For this page, I began by selecting the truck embellishment from the cutouts available on the website. I carefully glued the truck to a small piece of paper, then used my X-Acto knife to precisely cut it out. To create an eye-catching overlay, I chose a contrasting paper that really made it pop. After inking the edges for a polished finish, I glued all the pieces together and added them to the page, creating a striking focal point.
To complete the book, I added book rings, then selected an array of vibrant ribbons and seam binding that I dyed for a playful touch. These ribbons not only cover the book rings beautifully but also provide the perfect opportunity to attach cute charms.

I hope you feel inspired to create your own mini album! Wishing you a delightful fall, and thank you for joining me on this creative journey!
