Hi there everyone!  Laura with you today to share a fun item that could be used on a scrapbook page or as a great addition on a gift bag!

This adorable tag is created using the Clear Scraps Shaker Tag Circle.  The shaker tags are super simple to assemble, and you can decorate the front and back if you'd like.  If using as an embellishment on a scrapbook page, no need to do the back, of course.  These are great additions in a mini album too!   With all the different themes available, you have a lot of choices for just about any project you make!  You can see all of the different options HERE in the Clear Scraps Store.

To decorate the tags, painting the base is one option.  Another is covering with a pretty patterned paper as I did here.  Just trace, cut and glue down–simple!  The edges on this tag were also brushed with some brown distress ink–thought it was a nice addition with the "coffee theme" of this tag.  The "coffee bar" sentiment is one of the versatile Embellishment Chipboard Punchout sets from Clear Scraps.  This is another item that has choices galore!  You can check out all the fun set options HERE. 

This piece was punched out and then painted with dark brown acrylic paint.  The outer ring (of the shaker tag) was painted with a lighter color.  The sentiment is a perfect fit inside the circle!  Once all the pieces are glued together (remember to add the sequins between acrylic layers!) it was easy to add a few other stickers, enamel dots, border sticker, etc to embellish it a bit. 

The top coffee cup also comes from the Embellishment Chipboard Punchout set.  This tag added to a gift bag with a friend's fave coffee or coffee shop gift card and a mug would make a super cute gift!
