Clear Scraps Project Post

Hello all!  Laura here with you today to share some inspiration for the Clear Scraps Shaker Tags!

These beauties are so fun to create and they add so much to a LO, a mini album OR even as a part of a gift themselves!  This is the Shaker Tag Heart.  This one is perfect for an anniversary, a wedding (what I geared this particular project towards), or it could be just a general "Love" theme, a baby, or hey, even a scrapbook page or mini album about how you love scrapbooking or crafting!

These are easy to customize to whatever colors you'd like, you can trace it and cut out pretty patterned paper to cover it, or use different mediums and/or stamps.  This one was painted with aqua acrylic paint and black paint for the "frame" of the heart.  I love the shaker aspect–it adds a fun element to any project that again, you can add anything you'd like to match what you're working with.  Super simple to just layer up the frames and add the acrylic layer.  Remember to remove the protective coating on both sides of the acrylic before you glue everything together!

This one has a nice sequin mix that goes with the color palette of the papers and embellishments.  It will be a gift tag for a wedding gift.  A nice "extra special touch" that anyone would love!   A few stickers and enamel dots and it's a pretty addition to your gift!
