Mini Mixable Pint Size Album – Recipe Book
Hello Crafty Friends – I am excited to share the Clear Scraps mini mixable pint size album with you today. I enjoyed using the mini mixable pint size album to create this fun recipe book. Clear Scraps chipboard elements are easy to use. All the pieces are pre-cut for easy assembly. The mini mixable pint size album can be used for many purposes such as recipes, photos, or tags.
Supply List:
Clear Scraps Mini Mixable Pint Size Album
Cricut iron on glitter vinyl
Doodlebug Made With Love cardstock
Doodlebug Made With Love ephemera
Baking theme dies
Cricut EasyPress Mini
Start with the mini mixable pint size album. Remove the clear cover on the acrylic pages.
Cut out and create the page decorations and embellishments. For a recipe book use baking theme stamps, dies, and ephemera.
Add the page decorations and embellishments to each page of the album. The mini mixable pint size album has 4 cascading pages, two are made of acrylic and two are made of chipboard. Iron on vinyl is a fun way to decorate the acrylic pages. For the front cover page, use dies to cut iron on vinyl and adhere to the acrylic page with a heat tool. Put the heat tool on the lightest setting and use for 20-30 seconds to avoid warping the acrylic. For the chipboard pages, trace cardstock in the shape of the page, cut out the cardstock, and adhere with liquid adhesive. Use a file to shave off any excess cardstock on all sides of the chipboard page. Then decorate with die cuts and ephemera. The Doodlebug Made With Love cardstock comes with recipe card cut-aparts which fit nicely in the album.
Assemble the pages in cascading order. Use binder rings to keep the pages together. Add coordinating charms and beads to the top binder ring.
I love how this recipe mini album turned out! I look forward to giving this album someone special.
