Hi there everyone! Laura here with you today to share a cozy home decor project!

This began with the Clear Scraps Mason Jar Shiplap Shape Large. This piece was painted with a beige acrylic paint on the main part of the jar and then a dark brown on the lid. Then once dry, a dark brown ink was used to stencil the chevron pattern onto the top and bottom of the jar using the Clear Scraps 6″ Chevron Stencil.

Here you can see how the base was created. The chevron stencil is super easy to line up when you want to cover a larger item. To finish the cozy look, I brushed all the edges with dark brown ink as well.

After the base was complete it was time to decorate! Just one strip of pretty fall leaves patterned paper became the base for the cute little sticker/chipboard scene. A plaid border sticker added a finishing touch along the edge.

Around the top edge of the jar, burlap ribbon, some twine and a little chipboard birdie complete this fall decor piece.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Stop back soon for more inspiration!
