Hi there everyone!! Laura here with you today to share a quick holiday gift idea!

The Clear Scraps Mason Jar Wooden Covers set is one of the best ideas for gifts! Super simple to create with these little cuties! They are fun to paint, stain, ink, or cover with pretty patterned paper too, like I’ve done here!

I find it works best to keep to small patterns when using papers, but you can experiment with different things to see what fits your style! Keeping the embellishments small adds just a nice little touch, without overwhelming the lid, and remember, these are interchangeable, so you want to make it easy to remove and replace with a different insert!

If you are looking for the PERFECT sized embellishments for these lids, the Clear Scraps Embellishment Chipboard Punchouts (this set is the Christmas). All were painted with acrylic paint, and tho it’s hard to see, I added a bit of stickles at the top of the stocking.

This last insert was created using the ice skate from the winter chipboard set and adding just a few small stickers with foam tape.
These Mason Jar Lid sets are so great to have on hand! You can match any holiday, event, or occasion and gift a great gift that’s super simple to make! Just grab an empty mason jar and fill it with candies, homemade trail mix, a small nail care kit–you get the idea–sky’s the limit!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
