Hello crafty fiends! Jennifer here on the blog, sharing a sweet and romantic mini album designed to hold special photos of loved ones, cherished friends, and beautifully captured moments. I instantly fell in love with this paper collection and its gorgeous shades of pink, white, green, brown, and blue.
The first step was choosing the perfect paper for the base of each page. I cut everything to size, glued the layers together, trimmed away any excess with an X-Acto knife, and inked the edges with brown ink. Note: Before attaching pages to both sides, be sure to add one page and punch the holes before adding the other.
Next, I decorated the front page with flowers and pearls, then added lace ribbon to give it a soft, antique look. I continued decorating the remaining pages, adding several pockets to hold tags and photo mats—perfect for highlighting favorite photos and journaling those special moments. Some pages also feature photo mats for showcasing the most meaningful pictures. The tags are embellished with ribbon and pearl beads, and a sweet envelope was included to hold extra embellishments and journaling tags.
I also painted a leftover XO from my Alamo project in a rich brown and added it to one of the pages for extra detail. Finally, I used book rings to secure the album together and tied ribbons onto the rings to embellish the album and conceal the hardware.
