Clear Scraps Project Post

Hi everyone Itoday I am sharing a canvas mixed media piece.  I made using various Clear Scraps pieces.  This was Expressions Family.  I applied gesso to the entire canvas and then painted in various colors.  At first, it was hideous totally did not like how it was looking. So what is nice about canvas you can apply gesso and start over almost.

I applied gesso back over and let it sit for awhile.  I came back and I loved how it looked the paint seeped through the gesso and it had a nice soft color to it.

Then I inked the edges of the acrylic pieces with a black paint pen so that it would stand out.  Then apply light molding paste to the stencil you are using.
