Hello! It's Jennifer and I'm on the blog today to share a fun layout with you! One of my go to techniques to add depth to my pages is using the 12 inch Mascils and spray ink! Here, I used the 12 inch Cloud Mascil and blue spray ink on white card stock.
Here is a close up of the result! You can use as much spray ink as you see fit for your project! I always like to have a little variance in the concentration of ink.
I also used one of the chipboard butterflies from the Monarch Butterfly Chipboard Embellishments set. I'm going to show you an easy way to embellish your chipboard!
First, I applied a light coat of white acrylic paint to the front of my butterfly.
After the paint is dry, apply clear embossing ink to the entire surface of the chipboard. Next, I used embossing enamel (you can use regular embossing powder) and applied heat to set.
Here is a close up of my butterfly….the embossing enamel has pieces of metal included that create shiny areas!
I'm including a couple more photos of my layout! I used strips of patterned paper to create my own sun rays!
Hope this inspires you to create some fun pages with the Clear Scraps Mascils and Chipboard Embellishments! Check out the Clear Scraps shop to see the wide variety of products!
Have a wonderful day!
