Trick or Treat and a card~

Hi, Connie here with a fun Halloween project using the Jack O Lantern stencil and the Basic Door chipboard piece by Clear Scraps.  Candy treat bags and a card were created.  The jack o lantern stencil was used for three purposes, the background on the card, the embellishment for the treats and the door jack o lantern.  Pretty useful stencil!!!

Card instructions:

The background was created by stenciling on white cardstock, using the 6" brick stencil and the 6" jack o lantern stencil, with black and orange inks.   The door was heat embossed with black and purple embossing powder.  One jack o lantern was stenciled for the chipboard door, trimed out and attached.

Stickers and twine were added to complete the card.  This could easily be displayed at the treat bowl or the door as a welcome sign.  My idea was to display it by the treat bowl.

The treat bags were fun to make and so easy!! I love easy and cute.  Stencil one sheet of jack o lanterns, with orange ot balck ink,  and use a scallop or round punch to cut them out.  Attach the pumpkin to a small bag.  Add the candy and tie closed with twine.
