Clear Scraps Project Post

Hello Everyone!  Design team member Kim Cornwell here to share my design team project.  I have altered this lovely Acrylic Box.  I love boxes and this one was perfect for my desk to hold just about anything.

Assembling this box was so simple to do.  I used glossy accents and hot glue to keep the box together.  I covered it with pattern paper which is double sided so it even looks nice on the inside.  I inked the edges of all the paper with distress ink.  Once assembled I wrapped some black lace around the whole box.  I then added some flat back pearls to embellish the lace.

I then decorated the top of the box.  I added a paper doily, some flowers and a pearl spray that I cut up.  For finishing touchs I added a string of pearls around the bottom of the box and some wooded feet.

This box is a perfect addition to my desk.
