Clear Scraps Project Post

Greetings!  Chris here and today I am excited to share this adorable Summer-y day Home Decor I created using the Clear Scraps Chipboard Bike with Basket Chipboard Embellishment and the Clear Scraps Square Medium DIY Pallet Shape.   I decided to pair these with some of my on hand supplies.  So let's get started. 

Start by painting your Clear Scraps Square Medium DIY Pallet Shape with a heavily diluted white and brown paint mixture.  the heavy diluting creates a sort  of color wash! keep adding a brown or white wash to get your desired color.  Set your pallet aside to let dry. 

Grab your Clear Scraps Chipboard Bike with Basket Chipboard Embellishment  and color with paint or markers. I then sponged white ink onto my bike's little basket. 

Grab a piece of green cardstock and distress edges and paper by crumbling and roughing up the edges. 

Mat your scenic paper onto your distressed card stock  and adhere to your dry Clear Scraps Chipboard Bike with Basket Chipboard Embellishment. 

Adhere your Clear Scraps Chipboard Bike with Basket Chipboard Embellishment  onto your pallet.   Punch a few little butterflies and add to your scene to finish your Summer Day Home Decor.
