Hi there all! Laura here with you today to share some seasonal inspiration ideas using Clear Scraps Memory-Dex cards!
Fall is right around the corner, and these would make a great addition to a memory-dex box! These start with the Clear Scraps Rounded Chip Dividers 3pk. They were painted front and back with a soft brown acrylic paint. You could use many different mediums or paper to cover them as well. I did opt to use a stencil on one of the cards.
This stencil is the Clear Scraps 6" chevron. It adds such a great texture to the card and it's so easy to do with just a bit of ink and a soft brush. The chevrons make me think cozy knit sweater or blanket–perfect for a fall memory-dex card!
After the painting/stenciling the fun part starts! You can use up all those scraps and left over stickers from other projects like scrapbook LO's or cards.
The stencil makes a great background for this card. Just a paper strip piece as a base and some stickers and enamel dots and it's perfect! The smaller "canvas" on these makes for a quick, easy project, but you can use a lot of creativity and imagination to create!
The other great part is you can decorate the back as well if you'd like. You can reverse the cards later for a completely different look! And the Vintage Frames Chipboard Embellishments (the black frame around the friends + family sentiment) are GREAT to use on these cards!
Remember to check out the different options of Memory-Dex cards in the Clear Scraps store! There are many different shapes, and also acrylic versions of all the shapes too that you can get creative with stamping or alcohol inks! You can find them all HERE.
Thanks for stopping by today!
