“Shake that Ice Cream Cone” Birthday Card Folio and Card.

Hello and Thank you for Popping in for some Crafty I inspiration.

I hope this Project I have for you to day gives you a fun idea for a future Gift .

In today’s Project I have used a Clear _Scraps Ice_Cream_Shaker. To Make a Card folio for a Birthday Gift or even Graduation would be a perfect time for this kind of gift.

You can easily load it with a gift along with the card. I’m sure there is a idea you might have that I didn’t think of.

There are so many ways to go with a Crad Folio. Fathers Day would have been perfect too.

Just change your paper and choose a different Shaker from the Spectacular line of shaker embellishments available on the website.

First let’s make a 5” card to fit in our center Folio pocket.

I had the Clear _Scraps Chipboard _Kites . These worked perfectly.

I am making this for a very special friend .

All Shakers come with the layers and Acetate. You just need a mix.

I covers the Base piece with a fun chocolate looking paper.

Now let’s glue the frames for the shaker mix.

I have gold Dequan’s sprinkle bits . I’m thinking this is a fun design for a ice cream shaker.

now let’s glue it all together.

The Card came out super cute. I painted the Heart _Kites with a acrylic markers.

Found some sentiments that I felt worked.

This was perfect timing. Now my Ice cream is dry and ready for the Folio.

It will go on the Closure Flap.

I applied magnets before doing the rest.

Here isThe measurements for the Folio.

I used 12”x13” cardstock that was 90lb

I cute the 12” in half to get 2 12”x6” pieces.

I only need one for this folio. The other half is for the interior pockets and the card.

Take one 12” x6” Score at 4 7/8”, 5”, 10”, 10 1/4”

Fold and Burnish the score lines.

Now we can glue the Ice Cream Cone to our Flap Closure.

I found some embellishments in my stash and started decorating the front.

The back I used a cluster of fussy cut ephemera.
