Matching acrylic layouts: the same, but different

I got asked to teach some classes on the weekend and the store owner wanted a Baby Girl layout and a Baby Boy layout.  Not sure whether the same people would be attending both classes, I decided to make the layouts slightly different but similar enough in technique and style that they could be displayed together somewhere.

Differences:  Colour scheme (obviously), orientation of photos, paper companies, embellishments

Similarities: Acrylic base, painted border and bubble wrap paint background, lace cardstock mat across layout, lots of "white" space, bold clear sticker titles, single feature photo spot

It doesn't take much to tie layouts together – whether you want them to look good side-by-side on a wall or next to each other in an album or mini-album.  Choose a few features or techniques that you repeat on each page….and then grow from there so that they don't all look exactly the same.

Thanks!
