Music-inspired Christmas Ornaments

A lot of people love to make their own Christmas tree ornaments.  When you get tired of the paper and popcorn chains, may I suggest that you try some of these acrylic ornaments from Clear Scraps.   There are so many things you can do with them – sew, paint, ink, emboss, add paper, etc., etc.   Here's one set that I made using some vintage hymnbook music paper.

Music ornaments

I ran the ornaments through my Big Shot with a music embossing folder and adhered the vintage music paper to the back of the ornament.  I added Christmas-themed stickers (SRM Press) to the front of the ornaments and smeared (yes, smeared, with my fingers) Viva Decor Copper Pearl Pen overtop of the embossed fronts of the ornaments.  Some ribbon finish them off and they're ready to hang.

Thanks

Cathy
