Hello crafty friends! Jennifer here on the blog today sharing this super cute Mickey and Minnie mini album!

I know many of us take fun family vacations during the summer, so I thought it would be the perfect time to create an album to capture all of those magical memories.
The first thing I did was paint the Mickey head with black acrylic paint. While that dried, I covered each piece of the chipboard album with patterned paper. Once everything was dry, I trimmed around the edges, punched out the holes for the book rings, and used an X-Acto knife to clean up the edges. I finished the pages by inking all of the edges with black ink.

Next, I traced the “Magical” title onto patterned paper, cut it out, and glued it to the wooden piece. After the glue dried, I carefully trimmed away any excess with my X-Acto knife and finished it by inking the edges with black ink.

Now for my favorite part—creating the pages! Throughout the album I added several fold-out pages, giving you plenty of extra space for your favorite vacation photos. I also included multiple pockets filled with journaling tags and photo mats, making it easy to tuck in even more pictures and special memories. Finally I added book rings to hold the pages together and tied coordinating ribbon to add some flair.
This was such a fun album to create! Even though it’s a mini album, it has plenty of room to showcase the best moments from your magical trip.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
~ Jennifer
