Hey crafty friends, it’s Jennifer on the blog today sharing this fun tag cascading mini album! It’s been a while since I’ve created a mini album with a set color theme, and this time I went with yellow. If you look back over the past couple of years, you’ll find I’ve also made pink, purple, and blue themed mini albums.

To get started, I chose the perfect patterned papers for each side of the chipboard pieces. I traced and cut them out, then used an X-Acto knife to carefully trim the edges after adhering them down. To finish the base, I grabbed a deep brown ink and inked all the edges for a nice, polished look.

Throughout the album, there are so many opportunities to add photos, tags, and journaling cards. On one of the pages, I created a belly band using green mesh ribbon and added a small clip to hold cards underneath—it’s such a fun interactive element!

I also used one of the fence chipboard pieces and decorated it with green moss paint. This product is so cool—it adds both texture and a realistic mossy look. To finish it off, I added a touch of glitter on top for a little sparkle.

For each of the frames in the album, I left the top portion unglued. I only applied adhesive to the outer edges along the sides and bottom so photos can easily slide in and out. There are so many ways to use these little frames, and I love how interactive they make the album.
Once everything was complete, I used three book rings to bind the album together. I absolutely love how this little album turned out!
Thanks so much for stopping by! 💛
